We put our home in Beaumont, Alberta for sale in July 2009. Our home has many great features and the location being one of them,  (we back onto a beautiful pond and have a large professionally landscaped backyard). 

Our goal was to sell our home by mid-November. There were many showings of our home, however no offers. In October I called Tanya and Ellen of Park Stagers.

The staging process began with a tour of our home "as is", take pictures and recommend various changes (furniture and decorative items to be either relocated or removed). 

Our job was to make these changes. We even sold a few pieces of furniture that were just in the way (of course we could have put pieces away in storage too). 

Tanya and Ellen returned to our house a couple of days later to add various decorative pieces, plants and as mentioned color! Pictures were taken again once the staging was complete. The finished staging was just amazing! Our home appeared more spacious and the added pieces of color really drew your eye to focal points in our home. I would add that even though our house is sold, we continue to live with the staging and friends have commented it is very comfortable and looks great!

Immediately after the staging we had several showings, and our home was sold three weeks later!

Park Stagers are professional and friendly. They were a pleasure to work with and we had fun to boot! A great option was to rent various decorative pieces at a reasonable rate.
