Most Popular - The Consultation & Follow-Up
Basic Verbal Consultation
Similiar to the consultation described above, Park Stagers will tour your home and provide a professional assessment of what is required to prepare your property, inside and out. We will provide expert recommendations for those who enjoy the responsibility of “doing the job” themselves. The consultation takes approximately 2 hours and you will be provided with a detailed list of to-do's. The cost for this 2 hour consultation is $250.00.This option is for those who prefer to have Park Stagers do it all for you. Our team will visit your property and provide you with a written bid. Each bid is unique and is dependent upon the detail of the project.
Staging for Vacant Properties
Potential buyers may have difficulty envisioning themselves living in a vacant property. Park Stagers will bring out the best features and transform the property into space that potential buyers will emotionally connect with. We will meet with you to view the property and provide you with a written proposal that includes up-to-date home furnishings and accessories for the target market. The vacant property consultation costs $185.00 and this fee is applied to the full costs if you choose to accept the proposal and allow Park Stagers to transform your vacant property.
Open House Special
Park Stagers will help to ensure the property is in the best condition for your Open House! We will meet with you ahead of time and conduct the 2-hour consultation and return for 1-hour to assist with final touches. We will then come to visit the property on the day of the Open House to ensure all is well. We will focus on the physical condition of the home, deal with odors and strong scents, and ensure the property is ready for potential buyers! The cost for this special is $500.00.
Accessory and furniture rental is also available with all options above. Costs vary and are provided in writing after the initial consultation.
Show Home Property Cleaning
Park Stagers will clean your Show Home Properties as well. We do both regular cleaning for active properties as well as complete cleaning of vacant properties prior to buyer's walk-through and possession date. Cost - regular cleaning @ $35.00 per hour and vacant property cleaning @ $.15 per sqaure foot.
